What Materials Do You Use?
Our standard materials include: Pressure Treated Lumber, 2x6 and 2x8 Framing, 5/4" Decking, Foam Filled Floats (AKA"polyfloats") for Flotation, Metal Flat Top Hinges, Hot Dipped Galvanized Hardware, Galvanized Welded Bars and Angles, Welded Square Tubing and Galvanized Truss Frames. Upgrades Such As Rot Proof Plastic Lumber, Framing and Decking are also available.
How To Maintain My Dock in the Winter?
Depending On Your Location From Us, We Offer Seasonal Dock Removals in the Winter and Re-installations in the Spring. You can also remove your dock in the fall yourself to store somewhere for the winter. Our fee is based on your location and complexity of your dock and site. If you do not remove your dock in the winter you can reach out to us for repairs if necessary. We do have the means to make customized winterization items for your dock if you are interested.
How Long Does the Delivery/Installation Process Take?
After placing your initial deposit on your new system, we start building that week or the week after at the latest. Our lead time takes about 3-4 weeks (6 weeks max).
Do You Offer Payment Plans?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit to begin building and the remaining balance becomes due after installation.
